  • Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow for relaxation and consultation.
  • Late Arrivals: As outlined in our Refund Policy, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to prevent delays for subsequent guests.

3. Health and Wellness

  • Disclosure: You are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to any treatment, yoga session, or physiotherapy assessment.
  • Professional Advice: While our staff are highly trained experts, our services (including Yoga and Nutrition advice) do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a doctor.
  • Physical Activity: Participation in Yoga and Physiotherapy involves physical exertion. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury.

4. Club Etiquette (The Sanctuary Code)

To ensure a relaxing experience for all High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and guests:

  • Noise Level: Please maintain a hushed tone in all common areas, the spa, and the therapy rooms.
  • Mobile Phones: We respectfully request that phones be silenced. Voice calls should be taken outside the main relaxation areas to protect the privacy and peace of other guests.
  • Privacy: respecting the privacy of other members is paramount. Photography of other guests is strictly prohibited.

5. Personal Belongings

  • While we provide a secure environment, Masa Health Club is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. We recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them securely with you.

6. Payments and Accounts

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, though we will honor the price at the time of your booking.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless a package has been pre-purchased. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Masa Health Club, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered at this facility.
