1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

Our services are “By Appointment Only,” meaning a specific time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another guest on our waiting list.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • No-Shows: Guests who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Late Arrivals: To ensure the punctuality of all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. The full service fee will still apply.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We take great pride in our Physiotherapy, Yoga, and Beauty services.

  • Service Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been completed.
  • Quality Assurance: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact our management within 24 hours of your visit. We are committed to finding a solution, which may include a corrective service or a credit toward a future visit, at the discretion of management.

3. Retail Product Returns

We want you to love the wellness products you take home.

  • Unopened Products: Retail items (skincare, tea, supplements) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Defective Items: If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon opening, we will replace it immediately or offer a full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and perishable items (such as fresh juices from the Cocktail Bar) cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Packages and Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards represent a monetary value and are non-refundable. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Pre-Paid Packages: Wellness and Beauty packages (e.g., “Post-Yoga Recovery” bundles) are non-refundable. However, the value of unredeemed sessions may be transferred to store credit or exchanged for other services upon request, subject to management approval.
  • Expiration: Package sessions typically expire 6 months from the date of purchase to encourage consistent wellness habits.

5. Payment Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
